It is located on the Southside close to all shopping and amenities. I am rarely home as a result of work and travel. The place has 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, air conditioning, tile and carpet throughout and, storage space, large fenced yard and is close to bus routes, Shopping restaurants and recreation centre etc. Property in immaculate condition with all new appliances, only bedroom furniture required.

I would ask for first and last months rent and 3 references from previous landlord or employer.
